Thank you for your reply. Perfect, I thought so but needed to make sure it's been a bit since I used Quickbooks. Our issue is that the old Bookkeeper made errors with QBO and I was hired to correct as they are a non-profit organization. I was hoping to undo the bank recs and start over but QBO will not import to desktop for Canada.
They don't have an accountant as of yet so I can't get them to undo the bank recs.
