You can cancel your account by following these steps:

1. Click Gear.
2. Click Account and Settings.
3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Click the Cancel link in the QuickBooks section.

After that, an email will be sent to the QuickBooks administrator confirming the canceled account.
