I can see the urgency of getting your user/access issue resolved. Let me route you to the best support who can help check why you're getting an error message while accepting an invitation to join a new company in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).
Since the error message continues, even after performing the recommended fix above, I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team. The Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account. They can create a case to further investigate the invitation error and guide you with a fix. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO company.
- Go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select the Search tab.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
- Select Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with us (Chat or Callback).
