I suggest contacting the QuickBooks Desktop support team again to verify the cause of your issue. They have the tools to pull up your account and review the details. Also, they will explain further what needs to be fixed with your licenses.
Here's how to contact support:
- Go to the Help tab.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help and click Contact Us.
- From the Description box, type in "License Questions", then hit Let's talk.
- Choose between Get a callback or Start messaging.
