Let me step in and assist you on how to pull up the report.
You may use the Transaction List by Customer report to show the preferred payment method from your customer. You can follow these steps on how to pull up the report.
- Go to the Reports tab.
- In the search field, enter Transaction List by Customer.
- Filter the date range.
- Click the Gear icon from the top of the report.
- Select the Show More drop-down.
- Put a checkmark in the Payment method box.
- Click the Run report to refresh the statement.
