Thanks for reaching back out to the Community and adding some extra clarification on your issue about reports.
Since running the Transaction List by Customer didn't seem to work, I recommend trying the Transaction Detail by Account list. This will allow you to see the account with the customer and its items.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports tab on the left-hand menu bar.
- Select the Reports portion.
- Type "Transaction Detail by Account" in the search bar and then click on it.
- From here, you'll be able to set the Report Period to your liking.
Afterward, you can customize the report to meet your needs for your business. In the end, you may need to pull multiple reports for all the information needed.
