Backup data files copy is currently unavailable. Though, you can export the data from your QuickBooks Essentials. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), only the Advanced version can create an automatic or manual backup. To learn more about this and to know what data gets backed up, refer to these articles:

However, if you're using other versions of QBO either Simple Start, Essentials, or Plus, you can export the following reports and lists into individual Excel files. Check this article for more information: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.
