Oh gosh, the person of high virtue has arrived. Gee, yes, we should all just be quiet and accept something that we not only disagree with, but that wastes our precious time. That is their job to respond to this. This is the only place we have a voice. If a company does not want to listen and get constructive feedback from their customers and try to solve issues, it is they that have the problem. Stick with accounting maybe; it has nice rule and little boxes you can stay in.
