Thanks for reaching out to us. I can show you how to cancel your subscription.


It makes me sad to see users canceling their subscriptions. You'll want to upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription instead depending on your needs.


Also, here are the steps on how to cancel the subscription:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then Account and settings.
  2. From the Billing & Subscription tab, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  3. Follow the onscreen steps.

 

In addition, you can still access the data in QuickBooks Online for a year if you need them for reporting. I suggest you export them and save them on your local drive for future use. Please check these articles for more details:
