Account management
Hello! I am having the same problem you had trying to change the phone number but in this case for a client. My client changed her bank account and when connecting the new bank, it's sending a verification code to a number that is no longer in service. I went to the client's account settings and updated the phone number, then went back again to enter the new bank account information and it's still wanting to send the verification code to the old number. I have been in this issue for more than a month, contacting Customer Service every single week by chat, phone calls and emails, guess what? NO ONE has been able to solve the problem. For real this QBO sucks! I am now so pissed off. I have been doing the paychecks in QBO and after selecting "print" I have to erase the account number before printing and then printing the account number from Excel which I created a spreadsheet with the actual bank account and routing number and then re-printing the paychecks with the correct information. The problem is this client has around 6 past payroll taxes due and I can't pay them through QBO because is still have the incorrect bank account. At this moment, I don't know what else to do and I hate reading the responses from QBO support here with no solution at all because I have already tried everything customer service told me to. I even shared my screen 3 times with 3 different customer service agents, and they end up telling me the same thing. We have sent this situation to the "Back End Team", and it will be resolved in this week, expect an email from them". BS, never resolved and never heard from them. This mandatory transfer from Intuit Online Payroll t QBO has been the worst thing ever.
