Let's sign up for QuickBooks Workforce first, jaymeecarr.
This allows you to access your pay stubs and W-2s. I'll show you how:
- Let your employer send you an invite to QuickBooks Workforce.
- If you're the employer, send your email an invite.
- Accept the invite via email to create your own Intuit account and manage your login.
- Open a browser, then go to workforce.intuit.com and sign in.
- Click the Paychecks menu to view, download, and print your paycheck.

Once done, you can now access your paychecks on a computer or mobile browser, not using the QuickBooks app.
