The reason why you're receiving an email from Quicken is that you currently have an existing subscription. To check, you can visit the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to verify your company’s subscription and manage registered accounts.
To guide you further, please follow these steps:
- Go to camps.intuit.com.
- Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
- If you see multiple products to choose from, select Quicken.
Also, you can contact Quicken Support to get more details about the email you've got.
