Data Exporter Tool is not where online it says it supposed to be. When I'm in Commerce I click on the Gear Icon (Settings) and guess what no Data Exporter option. And customer service tells me that the people in that department are gone for the day. You're discontinuing a product and are not even providing extended business hours.
Follow these steps to access the tool:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Commerce account.
- Select the gear icon to open the Settings.
- Select Data Exporter.
- Select Export Account Data.
- You will then get a pop-up message that says the export has started in the background. Refresh the page to see the status of the export.
- Once the status is updated to Complete, select the export row (s) to see a list of the download links.
- Links to download the exported data expire after 7 days of generating the export. You can still generate a new export to get fresh links.
