Please know you don't need to click the link or email address in my colleague's response. You can copy Intuit's email address and paste it as your recipient when sending screenshots and other details to report the incident. Also, I'd recommend checking if your domain if it's restricting Intuit's domain. It could be the reason your email bounces back to you and can't go through to Intuit's email address.

 

If the issue persists, you can contact our Customer Care Team once again so they can assign a representative to check on your end and conduct further investigation to determine why you're unable to get through with sending an email to Intuit.
