Hi Mike.We received a call from Quickbooks Pro Help and they looked at our system and said the file is corrupt. The system is working but there is an issue with our file. Our system is not getting recommended updates, etc. We do not have the support platform, so they wanted us to pay more than $800/year for an annual support package, or almost $500 for a one time fix. Any recommendations? We are a nonprofit and don't have any discretionary funds to fix this problem.
