Account management
I appreciate you reaching out to the Community, @DIAZMAN .
We understand that this issue is causing inconvenience to you. Currently, our engineering team is aware of this top-priority investigation and is working to fix it.
Upon checking here on my end, the investigation is still in progress. In the meantime, we can't tell you about the estimated time for the solution to this issue. Let me provide you with the steps as a workaround for printing your invoices.
Here's how:
- To print an invoice, use the Airy New template. You can switch to it from the Custom Form Styles page or an existing invoice by clicking Customize.
- If printing a Report, export reports to Excel or PDF and print using Adobe instead of the browser.
- Download your transactions as a PDF and print using Adobe Reader.
- If possible, sign into QuickBooks Online using a Windows or Mac device that does not run the Sonoma OS.
Moreover, I'm adding this helpful article to guide you in customizing your transactions: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
We appreciate your patience while we work on this issue. Let me know if you have further questions about invoices and other QuickBooks-related concerns. I'll be here to lend a helping hand.
