In relation to your inquiry, it's important to emphasize that the version you mentioned, QuickBooks 2023, doesn't include a built-in browser. The custom browser will only be supported in QuickBooks Desktop Pro/Premier/Enterprise/Accountant 2020, 2021, and 2022 versions.
