Deleting an accountant

As usual, quickbooks instructions don't match reality.

 

I don't have "permission" to upload a picture but here's what the instructions say:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to Settings , then select Manage users.
  3. Select the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
  4. Find the accountant you want to remove.
  5. From the Action column, select Delete.
  6. Select Delete.

 

In reality, My "action" column in the accountant row is empty.  How do I delete an old accountant?
