I'm glad to inform you that the Sonoma update 14.1 has fixed the printing issue.
In case you encounter any further problems while printing, here are a few workarounds for you to try:
- Use the Firefox browser.
- If you are printing an invoice, use the Airy New template. You can switch to it from the Custom Form Styles page or an existing invoice by clicking Customize.
- If you're printing a Report, export it to Excel or PDF and print using Adobe instead of the browser.
- Download your transactions as a PDF and print using Adobe Reader.
- If possible, sign into QuickBooks Online using a Windows or Mac device that does not run the Sonoma OS.
