I know it's significant to have the primary admin access to your company account and pay your QuickBooks subscription on time, @AK1066. Let me share some information about this matter.
Since you already submitted a Primary Admin request and are still not approved, I recommend checking your email and looking for the mail sent by Intuit. It will contain the necessary information about your request. Also, you can reach our customer support to help you with this. You can follow the steps below on how to contact our team:
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Select Contact Us.
- Provide a brief information about your concern, then select Continue.
- Sign into your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account.
- Enter the single-use code sent to your email, then select Continue.
- Select to Chat with us or Have us call you.
On the other hand, paying the subscription requires Primary Admin access. Thus, there's no other option to process the subscription payments. With this, it's best to review your request with our support team so you can set yourself as the Primary Admin and pay your subscriptions.
Additionally, once you're the primary admin, you can check your QuickBooks Desktop subscriptions and services and manage them with the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs).
