Account management
Good morning, @time.
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support. I hope your day is going great.
The steps to view and print your tax forms depend on if you chose to e-file the form or print and file manually.
If you will or have e-filed your tax form, or we filed for you:
- Select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
- Click on the Filings tab.
- View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP section. Or hit Resources, then Archived forms and filings for past forms.
- If available, select Preview to view forms not yet filed.
If you manually filed your tax form:
Step 1: Archive the form:
- Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
- Tap on the Filings tab.
- Next to the tax form you want to save or archive, select File.
- Choose the period, then Archive.
Step 2: View the form:
- Go to Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
- Click on the Filings tab.
- Hit Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
- Tap on the dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
- Select the form name, then View.
That should do the trick. For more information about this process, check out View your previously filed tax forms and payments.
Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Have a wonderful day ahead!
