Can you please confirm if you're getting a prompt or error message when trying to sync your Comenity Credit Cards? If so, you may consider manually updating the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To do so, here's how:
- Go to the Transactions.
- Select Bank Transactions.
- Beside the Link account, click on Update.

On the other hand, you can also reach out to your bank to verify if they're having issues on their end.
