If you wish to verify things regarding your canceled subscription, I'd be pleased to point you in the right direction as to who can assist you with this matter. They have the tools to do that. However, please know that they are only available on weekdays.
Here's how:
- Choose the Help (?) icon at the top right.
- In the search field enter the topic you need assistance with.
- Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Select Start a chat with a support expert.
