At the moment, the option to accept an invitation from a different region is unavailable. This is why you're encountering an error message. To resolve this issue, I recommend reaching out to your client and ensure that both you and your client are using the same regional version of QuickBooks Online (QBO). One way to check the region is by reviewing the home currency in the settings. Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear Icon, and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Advanced menu, and click Currency.
If verified not in the same region, you can subscribe to a new company for your client by reaching out to your client to verify for their region. Here's how to subscribe:
- Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/ph/pricing/.
- Scroll down to the Select Country dropdown.
- Choose the country for your client.
- Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
However, if verified that both you and your client region are from the US, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue is related to your browser. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
