To clarify my question regards QuickBooks Online Payroll Core that I use to do my payroll and QB then pays my monthly payroll taxes to the Federal government via the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). For QB to use this system my company has to have an EFTPS PIN and password that I manage through the EFTPS website. I have to change that password every 13 months for security. When I had QB desktop I could change it in QB but I don’t know how I change it in QB online. Unless I am missing something I would think many other users have the same issue but I have not seen any discussion of it
