We are thrilled to have you here in the Community, @ali. Let me share some information on how you can renew your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription.

 

You can update your billing information in your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs). Deity Alpha is right that you need to access CAMPs to find your license number. My colleague shared the steps above, but I'll reiterate it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) as an admin user.
  2. Select the QuickBooks Desktop from your products and services.
  3. Choose details next to your QuickBooks Product.
  4. Click Edit next to your Payment Method. Update your payment info. Once done, press Save and Close.
  5. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Go to the Help menu.
  • Hover over Manage My License.
  • Select Sync License Data Online.

 

Keep in mind that when renewing your QuickBooks Desktop subscription, it's important to note that your billing info has been updated, as the subscription will auto-renew on the next billing date.
