Let's investigate why you are unable to sign into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on your mobile app.
We appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting solutions to get this resolved. If you're using the QBO mobile app for Android, then we have an ongoing investigation where customers are unable to sign in. Our engineers are aware of it and are now working on a fix.
We recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to add you to the list of affected users and receive updates once it's fixed. Here's how:
- At the top right, click the Help icon and choose the Assistant section.
- Type your concern in the Type Something field.
- Click Talk to a human.
- Hit I still need a human.
- Press the Get help from a human.
- You'll be routed into the How can we help? page. Then, choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
As a workaround, you can access your QBO account through the web or using the iOS app.
If you're using the QBO mobile app for Android, here are some solutions we can perform:
- Update the app. Developers often release updates to fix bugs and improve performance. Make sure you have the latest version of the QBO mobile app installed on your device.
- Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
- Close and restart the app. Sometimes, simply refreshing your gadget can resolve temporary glitches or conflicts that affect the app's functionality.
- Clear app data again.
- Power down and restart your device.
