Account management

Our System Admin is gone. I called Quickbooks to gain access. They made me TWICE resubmit all my paperwork. I believe they are making changes to an old account that is inactive. I am unable to get into my live subscription and I keep being asking by Support (both on the phone and via chat) to resubmit my request to reassign. I MUST get into my account and I can't find anyone to help.
