Primary Admin role

I have been using QB Desktop for about 7-8 years. My current version is Desktop Pro 2024 and my subscription is paid through next month (April). I understand that it will be discontinued after May 31, 2025.

 

Earlier this week when tried to open the program I got a pop-up message indicating that the Primary Administrator for that Intuit account was for an email address for which I no longer have access. It was an old email address in a company that I sold last year. As a result, I seem to be locked out of the program and don’t know how to edit or update the Primary Administrator.

 

I imagine I should try to contact someone in the Intuit support department to resolve this issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Your suggestions are appreciated! Thanks.
