- On the left navigational bar, go to the Customers & Leads tab.
- Select Review,
- Locate the customer's review that you want to access.

You can also connect your Google or Gmail account to make it easier interacting with your customers for future transactions or service reviews. Here's how:
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Customers & Leads tab.
- Select Leads and then click the Connect your Gmail button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
