Let me guide you on how to delete a duplicate deposit entry created in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to:
- Go to Settings ⚙, then Chart of accounts.
- Find the bank account you put the deposit into and select Account history.
- Search for the bank deposit and select it to get more details.
- Select Delete.
That's it. You've deleted the duplicate deposit. You can also run a Deposit detail report in your Reports tab to view Deposits created for a specific period.
