We found a work around. So we use wells fargo. I went to link account, setup bank account, and when i type in bank, there is maybe 8 different wells fargo connections. This time, i chose a different one, and the account showed up. I'm not sure if that is an option with your bank.
I did try disconnecting the account from bank side, but that didnt work.
Any ways, hope you find a solution.
