I had followed the link to the CAF website which is where the message

}is displayed. That is not actionable by me. The TTP certificate is what you require in order to connect, according to the docs.html that is shown.
So thank you for confirming that you cannot fix this and I must wait until CAF wakes up on Monday morning to fix this.
I have had to delete my link to CAF as QB continually tries to update which prevents the update of my other banks from completing, which should not be necessary.
