More specifically, there is one transaction for 2023 that I cannot match that occurred on June 30th, 2023. When I go to this customer I can see that the date and amount of the transaction are correct. When I press find match on this bank transaction, the specific transaction does not appear in the "match transaction" list. If I do the same thing for a bank transaction in 2024, the transaction does appear in the "match transaction" list. I need to match this transaction to the June 30th bank transaction, not a bank transaction in 2024. In both cases, the filters in the "match transaction" view are the same.
