Can you try connecting the account through an incognito/private browsing window?


If you are using a joint account please ensure no other users are currently logged into the account.

 

If the error persists a quick way to fix this is to contact the bank and request to be logged out of all active sessions, or to change your online banking password as this will automatically sign out on all devices.
