We recognize the challenges you've encountered. Upon checking here, there's an open investigation (INV-93435) about importing files to QuickBooks Online.
I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to be added to the list of affected users. You will receive an email notification once the issue is resolved. Let me guide you on how:
- Go to the Help (?) menu.
- Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
- Enter your issue and concern in the field.
- Hit Continue.
- Choose the Chat or Callback option.
