I understand your reply. My issue is that I had an Accounts Payable account (20000) when I used QuickBooks Desktop. When I converted to QBO Essentials, that account converted but there's also QBO's Accounts Payable (A/P). I have quite a few recurring bills, also from QB Desktop, that post to the "old" account 20000, while the others post to the A/P account. I'd like them to all be under one account.

Is there a way to reclassify the transactions or change the default account so all the bills go to the same account?
