I know there is a reported known issue with TD bank not syncing and showing the bank info in the paperclip column. Is there an ETA on when this will be resolved?
I have been unable to see details in the paperclip column when reconciling bank transactions for several months. Is there a plan to fix this? I have been told that this is a known issue and that QuickBooks has been working to get this resolved. Thank you.

I know how important it is to sync the bank information when reconciling in QuickBooks Online, @Talisa.
Upon checking, I can see that the investigation is still ongoing. Rest assured that our Engineering Team is dedicated to working for them to implement a solution that will fix this issue. I recommend contacting our Customer Care team. If you have been added to the list of the affected users of this issue, you will receive an update or notification once the issue is fixed.
Here’s how:
- Click Help on the top right corner of the screen.
- Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
- Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
- Proceed with Continue, then select your preferred way to connect.
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a call back from the next available expert.
