I'll help you locate the Chart of accounts, tarda.

There are two ways to find the Chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online. You can access it under the Transactions tab or in the Gear icon. Here's how:

  1. Click the Transactions tab, and select Chart of accounts.
  2. You'll be routed to the Chart of accounts tab.
  3. Choose the account you want to view by clicking the View register.

The alternative method to view the Chart of accounts is under the Gear icon. Here are the steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon, and choose Chart of accounts.
  2. You'll be routed to the Chart of accounts tab.
  3. Select the account you want to view by clicking the View register.

However, if you're still unable to locate the Chart of accounts, I suggest opening your account using an incognito or private browser. This can help rule out any potential browser-related issues or conflicts that affect the visibility of your Chart of accounts. To open an incognito or private browser window, you can use keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

After opening an incognito or private browser window, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and check if the Chart of accounts is visible. If it appears perfectly, there might be a temporary issue with your browser or its cache. In such cases, clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different web browser can help resolve the issue.
