Thanks for joining this thread, @tldrapeau. I'd like to provide you with options for uploading your QBB file to QuickBooks Online.

The expiration date feature for uploading QBB files is designed to protect your company data from accidental overwrites, ensuring the integrity of your financial records. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to upload a QBB file after the 60-day window has passed. Here are two options available to you:

  • Sign up for a new subscription: This option involves cancelling the current subscription and then creating a new QuickBooks Online company to upload the QBB file with previous expiration restrictions.
  • Contact our live technical support team: Our dedicated support team can assist you in extending the expiration date for your QBB upload.

To reach our live support team, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. Next, click Contact Us.
  3. Select a topic to connect with the right expert or choose to ask about something else to enter a brief description of your concern. Then, press Continue.
  4. Lastly, pick either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

Check out our support hours in this article to ensure your concerns are promptly addressed: QuickBooks Online Support.

I'll also leave this article about the data services support team in case you need further help with managing files in QuickBooks: QuickBooks Data Services FAQ.

I'm just one post away if you have any other QuickBooks-related concerns, @tldrapeau. Just leave them in the comment section below, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
