Hey Ivan,

Do you actually work for QuickBooks? why would we have to go to some other contact to report this issue. There is clearly something broken. I cant even search for transactions that I have entered today. They are in the register, but QB cant find them. I had a transfer that said paired to another transaction. when I added one side of it, the other now has no matches. Why in the hell cant you send this thread of all these people describing their issue to QB yourself. What is the point of this website if all you can do is send the same copy & pasted responses and then tell use to go somewhere else for actual support. At this point I'm wondering if this isn't all just AI designed to waste peoples time. what a joke
