You can batch remove the duplicate transactions based on their location, mkenison. I'm here to provide further details.
Before making any changes, it’s advisable to save a backup copy of your file to ensure you have a restore point in case any issues arise.
If the transactions are still in the NEED YOUR REVIEW tab, you can batch remove or ignore the transactions. Here's how:
- Go to Banking, then Bank Feeds and select Bank Feeds Center.
- Choose the bank's tile and click the Unrecognized tab.
- Tick the transactions you want to remove.
- In the Batch actions dropdown, choose Ignore.
On the other hand, if the transactions are already categorized, you'll have to manually remove it one at a time.

Also, you can consider disabling the bank feeds so that the other bank can stop getting duplicate transactions.
