You can exclude duplicate transactions from your connected PayPal account, EJ. I'm happy to guide you through the steps to resolve this.

Once you've verified that your transactions are showing up twice in QuickBooks, you can remove them to keep your records accurate. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select App Transactions.
  2. Use the dropdown menu to filter by PayPal Payments.
  3. Select the For Review tab.
  4. In the Action column, select all the transactions you want to exclude, then click Exclude.
  5. After excluding transactions, you can review the sales receipts and matching deposits under the Added/Matched column in the Reviewed tab.
  6. If you need to undo a transaction added to your books, click Undo under the Action column in the Reviewed tab.

I recommend contacting the PayPal support team to investigate the cause of duplicate transactions. They can help you check your app's settings and guide its functionality.

For further information, refer to this resource about handling transactions: Use the Connect to PayPal app with QuickBooks Online. It offers valuable insights and detailed instructions.
