When linking your Shopify through App transactions, sales transactions are posted there for confirmation before being added to your QBO records. This way, you can match them to the transactions from your bank account.

Since you're not seeing your cash sales, let's ensure you have mapped them correctly to the account where you want these entries to be posted. For steps, it's best to contact Shopify support for thorough guidance.

Additionally, you can categorize them from your banking page and reconcile them afterward to ensure the accuracy of your records and avoid discrepancies.
