I recommend manually importing the missing data using a CSV file format. If there are duplicate transactions while importing them, you can exclude them.
After downloading the transactions, proceed to import them into your account.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Go to your bank transaction by clicking the Transactions button.
- Click the dropdown button on the Link account section.
- Select Upload from the file button. Then, drag the CSV file you saved from your bank website.
- Click Continue. Then, follow the pop-up prompt to import your transactions.
If this issue persists in the current month, consider disconnecting your bank account and connecting it again.
