Hi there, Fbass. QuickBooks automatically downloads transactions depending on what your bank sends to us. We can start by checking for issues on your bank's site during that period. Let me provide more details below.

If this isn't your first time connecting your bank in QuickBooks, I'd suggest logging in to your bank portal. Look for any messages or notifications from your bank indicating maintenance periods or other issues that might have affected downloading your transactions.

I recommend manually importing the missing data using a CSV file format. If there are duplicate transactions while importing them, you can exclude them.

After downloading the transactions, proceed to import them into your account.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to your bank transaction by clicking the Transactions button.
  3. Click the dropdown button on the Link account section.
  4. Select Upload from the file button. Then, drag the CSV file you saved from your bank website.
  5. Click Continue. Then, follow the pop-up prompt to import your transactions.

If this issue persists in the current month, consider disconnecting your bank account and connecting it again.

Additionally, refer to this article for guidance in manually uploading your bank transaction using the CSV file format.

Furthermore, you'll want to categorize the missing transactions and reconcile it after to ensure the account is accurate and balanced.

I'm confident these steps will help you get back on track in your business. If there's anything else you need or if you have any further concerns, feel free to reach out. I'm just a call away to assist you.
