The Bank Balance in QBO is the actual bank balance of your account from the last bank feed update, while the QuickBooks balance is the sum of all bank transactions that you've added or matched.
To resolve this issue and ensure both balances are aligned, please disconnect the bank from your online banking. This will refresh the bank balance in QuickBooks.

If the bank is already disconnected, and the issue persists. I suggest contacting the Live Support team for further assistance.

- Go to the Help icon in the top menu.
- Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
- Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.
