Update a linked credit card
We had a fraudulent charge on our business credit card and had to cancel the card and get a new card.
Obviously my bank feed now says it can't connect as the card was cancelled.
My question is: is there a way to update the existing linked credit card from the one that was cancelled to the new card? Or is it best to just create a whole new credit card link? The new card is the same provider and type of card; just different card #'s.

We can update your bank account information, so your Bank Feeds continues downloading your transactions. Before doing so, ensure all transactions from the old account has added and match in the system already.
Once done, let's disconnect the old account and reconnect the updated one from the Banking page.
Here's how:
- In the left menu, click Transactions.
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Pick the account you want to update.
- Hit the Edit ✎icon.
- Select Edit account info.
- In the Account window, tap Disconnect this account on save.
- Choose Save and close.
Once disconnected, let me show you how to reconnect the account with the new credit card number:
- In the left menu, click Transactions.
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Choose the Connect Account button.
- Enter the bank account details.
- Hit the Connect button.
