All transactions downloaded into QuickBooks is dependent on the information provided by your financial institution. Ideally, they'll be provided depending on how you track your transactions:
- Connect the parent account if you're tracking your transactions as one
- Connect the sub-accounts if your transactions are downloaded in every account
