Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @1angryscotsman.
Removing some data from your books is one way to make sure you have the right information. However, only QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus and Advanced versions support recurring transactions. Being able to delete it on a downgraded plan is unavailable. To fix it, you'll have to switch back to your previous plan and delete the transactions from there. Once done, you can now downgrade your plan again. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Accounts and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- Click Upgrade your plan.
- Choose your previous plan.
- Follow on-screen steps to proceed.
When done, look for the recurring transactions you need to delete.
For more info, see this article: Upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription.
You can also contact our Customer Care team to help you delete the recurring transactions. To do so, please follow the steps in this link: QuickBooks Online Support.
Also, you can always visit our Community help page to find articles you can bookmark for future use. Simply, enter a keyword of your concern on the search box or select any of the categories displayed.
